Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment planning to ensure effective care for clients
- Providing remote or in-person clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conducting parent training sessions to empower families
- Collaborating across various settings, including home, daycare, and school environments
- Maintaining compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care
