Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning , remote or in-person clinical supervision , parent training , assessments and team meetings . Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools , providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
- Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
- Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
- Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
- Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies .
