Achilles USA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor Night to join our growing team. The Maintenance Supervisor will primarily be responsible for supervising the maintenance team and coordinating repair and maintenance schedules. An ideal candidate would be mechanically savvy, enjoy solving problems and have excellent communication skills.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains positive engagement with employees.
- Reviews job orders to determine priorities.
- Engages with production teams to ensure production mechanical needs are met.
- Monitors and maintains maintenance management database and assigns work orders accordingly.
- Investigates and reports on corrective action plans for continuous improvement.
- Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan maintenance activities.
- Directs training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint with company policies and procedures.
- Confers with management, engineering and quality control departments to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.

Requirements
Education:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Associates degree preferred.
Experience:
5 years’ experience troubleshooting machinery in an industrial setting.
1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role.
