About the Position
Achosa Home Warranty, LLC is seeking a skilled Home Warranty Sales Professional to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will promote and sell our home protection plans to real estate professionals and homeowners.
The ideal candidate will have a self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also possess a proven track record in Outside Sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Promote and sell our home protection plans via phone or face-to-face interactions with real estate professionals and homeowners.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of active real estate offices and their respective professionals.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish a roster of 1000 productive real estate professionals and implement a consistent 7-touch communication strategy.
- Forge alliances with real estate brokers and professionals, securing sales agreements.
- Respond to calls and messages within 2 hours and address emails and social media correspondence on the same day.
