Job Summary
Achosa Home Warranty, LLC is seeking a results-driven Protection Plan Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will promote and sell our home protection plans to real estate professionals and homeowners, while maintaining a comprehensive database of active real estate offices and their respective professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, as well as proficiency in timely and effective follow-up. They will also demonstrate dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences and competency in computer operations.
- Promote and sell our home protection plans via phone or face-to-face interactions with real estate professionals and homeowners.
- Establish a roster of 1000 productive real estate professionals and implement a consistent 7-touch communication strategy.
Accountabilities
- Maintain a prominent presence in the territory by attending realtor office events and industry gatherings.
- Secure sales agreements with real estate brokers and professionals.
- Log interactions in the Achosa CRM.
