About the Role:
As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant with ACI Federal, you will be at the forefront of providing compassionate care to elderly patients in various healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist elderly patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and eating.
- Facilitate patient mobility by safely transferring them in and out of beds, chairs, or wheelchairs.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing team.
- Document patient conditions and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering meaningful connections with patients and their families.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved geriatric nursing assistant training program preferred.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or relevant experience as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Physical stamina and flexibility to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
