Accounting Technician II

About the Role:
ACI Health is seeking an Accounting Technician II to support financial operations in a healthcare environment. This role involves processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post accounts payable, purchasing, and general accounting documents.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain financial records.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Assist with office tasks, such as sorting mail and organizing files.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and confidentiality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and governmental financial procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, data entry, and office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license (if using a personal or City vehicle).
