What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology position at ACI Federal™?
ACI Health is in need of a Certified Diagnostic and Interventioanl Radiology Physician to join our team either as a W2 contract employee or 1099 employee, whichever is prefered.
This position will work one week on and one week off for 40 hours per week.
The Contractor will provide services necessary to perform onsite Radiology Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The VA Radiology Services follow the standards of Abdominal/GU, Breast Imaging, Cardiovascular, General, Interventional, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, and guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR). A contractor providing onsite interventional radiologist services shall provide services that meet or exceed the American College of Radiology Guidelines.
What interventional procedures required on a daily basis?
- CT Guided Biopsies (Lung/Liver/Kidney/Bone/Adrenal/etc)
- CT Guided Drainage Tube Placements
Angio Guided Procedures Nephrostomy Tube Placements / Exchanges Biliary Interventions PICC Line Placement Myelogram Arthrogram Ultrasound Guided Procedures Biopsy (Thyroid/Node) Paracentesis Thoracentesis
What diagnostic modalities are required for this position?
- X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Interventional
