The Professional Counselor I will provide counseling and crisis intervention services, facilitate group therapy sessions, and work closely with patients to promote mental wellness and recovery.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct counseling services to patients.
Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
Facilitate therapeutic group sessions.
Provide crisis intervention as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Licensure as a Professional Counselor in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
Experience working in mental health or behavioral health settings preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
