Nurse Practitioner - Podiatry

Job Description:

• Strong Podiatry or Wound Care background with at least 2 years’ NP/PA ambulatory work experience (not including RN or training) - will consider less than 2 years if real interest in Podiatry
• Outpatient podiatry clinic and inpatient rounding, including travel to satellite office locations and nursing homes (NO OR time)
• Inpatient rounding and consults during the day
• 1:3 clinic phone call only
• Clinic coverage for DPM as needed
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients of all ages
• Ability to read and learn independently
• High enthusiasm with urgency to treat
• Willing to go above and beyond
• Passion for hard work
• Wound care, interpretation of radiographic imaging
• This is a permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.
• Clean malpractice and license are required.

• Board Certified NP/PA - REQUIRED
• OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• 2 years' NP/PA ambulatory work experience in Wound Care or Podiatry (not including RN or training) - may consider less than 2 years of NP/PA work experience if real interest in Podiatry (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
• Date of agency's last communication with provider (put answer in "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED
