Administrative Support Assistant

Position :  Administrative Support Assistant

Location :  Jefferson City, MO

Employment Type : Part-Time

Compensation :  $20 per hour

ACI Federal is seeking a detail-oriented  Administrative Support Assistant  to support its data management and reporting processes related to environmental lead data. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in  data entry, laboratory information systems, and working within a healthcare or public health environment .

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management :

  • Accurately input information into the  Show Me World Care  specialized data surveillance database.

Problem-Solving & Research :

  • Investigate and resolve issues with reportable data, including :
  • Addressing concerns about the environmental conditions of child and adult blood lead levels in laboratory reports.
  • Contacting healthcare providers via phone for additional data.
  • Requesting and managing medical records from healthcare providers.
  • Manually enter and verify obtained data for accuracy.

    • Report Routing & Dissemination :

  • Review, categorize, and save daily laboratory reports to the appropriate folders for staff processing.

    • Qualifications (Required)Experience :

  • Minimum  5 years  of data entry experience within a  Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) .
  • Experience reading and interpreting  laboratory test results  and performing manual data entry.
  • Prior experience working with  environmental lead data  is highly desirable.
  • Previous work experience with the  Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services  is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency in  LIMS software platforms .
  • Strong  written and verbal communication  skills.
  • Excellent  customer service  abilities.
  • Exceptional  attention to detail  and  organizational skills .
