Our Customer Service Trainees participate in team-building activities, sales ride-along, product knowledge assessments, professional presentations, and much more. If you have customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed, we give you everything else you will need to be successful in the field during the training program!
Customer Service Trainee Position Overview: As an Customer Service Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn about the corporate world and have the chance to achieve financial success while receiving extensive training. Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Managers have the ability to gain trust and provide a high level of customer service to their customers. As an Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Manager, you will be driven by daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining a weekly pipeline.
