The Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a SharePoint Online (SPO) / Power Platform developer with a focus in document management to assist with a pilot program to utilize SPO as an enterprise content management system for large and small document repositories.
This project will include :
- Creating an overall architecture that can support multiple customers / departments,
- create taxonomy and content types,
- create retention schedules,
- create custom forms to add and retrieve / search documents,
- create workflows to process documents,
- create workflows based on triggers such as document changes or timed events,
- create a standard security model.
Upon successful completion and adoption of the pilot deliverable, this position may be extended to continue to implement document repositories for a variety of customers for a variety of use cases.
