Sailpoint Developer

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. As a SailPoint Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM, extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, and proficiency in Java programming.

• Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, and deploy identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Customize and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet business requirements.
• Develop connectors and integration solutions with other systems and applications.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and problem resolution for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated on SailPoint IdentityIQ product enhancements and new features.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in identity and access management.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and principles.
• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including customization, configuration, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Java programming language.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and solutions.
• Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer (SCIIE) are a plus.
