What are the responsibilities and job description for the FACILITIES CUSTODIAN position at ACI Jet?
Summary :
The Facility Custodian position is responsible for performing all facility custodial duties. The ideal candidate will perform these tasks while maintaining a positive and productive relationship with ACI Jet's employees, vendors, and clients by personally performing these duties or through subordinate staff members.
Reports To :
The Facility Custodian will report directly to the Facilities Lead Porter.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited to :
- Perform daily detailed cleaning of all ACI Jet facilities
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties
- Observes appearances and conditions of facilities and reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring service to Facilities / GSE Lead
- Use company vehicle to retrieve supplies and materials necessary for completion of duties
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Ensures all ACI Jet maintenance requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensures the safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in ACI Jet's SQMS program.
