Your Role:

You will assist them in choosing the best TV, Phone, and internet services for their needs. Our Client Sales Associates also work diligently to provide all of our customers with an unparalleled customer experience ensuring all of their needs are met.

As a Client Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers to present the latest wireless and internet solutions designed to meet their unique needs.
• Offering personalized recommendations that enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring a memorable interaction.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving service issues with empathy and professionalism, building trust and loyalty through effective solutions.
• Keeping abreast of new promotions and product offerings to empower customers in their decision-making process.
• Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets while contributing to a supportive and team-focused work environment.

• Up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferred, but not required).
