Your Role:

You will assist them in choosing the best TV, Phone, and internet services for their needs. As a Client Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers to present the latest wireless and internet solutions designed to meet their unique needs.
- Offering personalized recommendations that enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring a memorable interaction.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving service issues with empathy and professionalism, building trust and loyalty through effective solutions.
- Keeping abreast of new promotions and product offerings to empower customers in their decision-making process.
- Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets while contributing to a supportive and team-focused work environment.
