Your Role as an Entry-Level Sales Associate:

If your answer is yes, we invite you to embark on a rewarding journey in sales with us at ACI Management Group. As an entry-level sales associate, you will be the main point of contact for customers. You will assist them in choosing the best TV, Phone, and internet services for their needs. Our Entry Level Sales Associates also work diligently to provide all of our customers with an unparalleled customer experience ensuring all of their needs are met.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers to present the latest wireless and internet solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Offering personalized recommendations that enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring a memorable interaction.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving service issues empathetically and professionally, building trust and loyalty through effective solutions.
- Keeping abreast of new promotions and product offerings to empower customers in their decision-making process.
- Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets while contributing to a supportive and team-focused work environment alongside other Entry Level Sales Associates.
We encourage Entry Level Sales Associate applications from individuals who possess:
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferred, but not required).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
