We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our Admissions team as a Lead Sales Representative. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the benefits of our school to prospective students and their families. Your primary goal will be to increase student enrollment through effective sales techniques and exceptional follow up and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Outreach: Reach out to prospective students through various channels including phone calls, emails, texting, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments.
- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide personalized guidance throughout the admissions process.
- Presenting Information: Effectively communicate the value, unique features, academic programs, and benefits of our school to prospective students.
- Conducting Tours: Conduct campus tours for prospective students, showcasing the facilities, classrooms, and campus environment.
- Handling Inquiries: Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students regarding admissions procedures, academic requirements, tuition fees, and financial aid options.
- Application Assistance: Assist prospective students with completing admissions applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective students to provide additional information, address any concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed enrollment targets by effectively converting leads into enrolled students.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the admissions team and all staff to streamline the admissions process and enhance the overall student experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in admissions and sales techniques to continuously improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma required.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our school effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Ability to demonstrate discretion and maintain confidentiality.
