What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Manager position at ACI Motor Freight, Inc.?
ACI Motor Freight is a family owned, and oriented company. We are looking for sales team members that will build our business base in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
A qualified Business Development candidate will -
- Be proactive, organized and schedule time to work with Customers daily to build our business partnerships
- Have follow-through to determine what are the Customer's needs and how ACI can provide them service
- Be a professional person that has honesty and integrity built in to your character
- Be available to make business calls to customers in-person or through web based program
- Have the ability to identify the correct Customer contact, and ask that contact how ACI can secure their business
- Have at least 3 years of LTL Transportation Sales experience in the last 5 years
- Be able to travel to attend meetings as necessary
- Be part of the ACI family and willing to work as part of our Team
