Key Responsibilities: ∙Experience in Siemens NX, Fusion 360, Hyper MILL, Mastercam, or SolidCAM ∙Program parts using CAD/CAM software and operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and other shop equipment. ∙Read blueprints, follow verbal instructions, and assist in material procurement. ∙Ensure compliance with ITAR, AS9100, and OSHA regulations. ∙Maintain a clean and organized work environment. ∙Support production activities and assist in equipment modifications as needed. Preferred Qualifications: ∙Experience with CNC machining, ITAR, and AS9100 compliance. ∙Knowledge of LEAN/TPM manufacturing practices. ∙Prior experience in startups or small business scale-ups.
