Job Description:-
- The Freight Forwarding Sales Executive will lead the charge to develop new commercial business in the U.S. You’ll be responsible for identifying new clients and selling our logistics solutions. A hunter mentality is a must in this role. You’ll work collaboratively with our operations team to implement services and solutions for your clients and support our growth goals.
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining and closing new business; arrange daily business development meetings with prospective clients
- Become a subject matter expert on our services offered, and remain up to date on industry related news
- Meet weekly with operations management and develop close and cooperative working relationships with operations staff to ensure customer needs and company objectives are being met
- Develop a growth strategy and set quotas focused both on financial gain and profitability to meet ambitious revenue targets
- Follow up with new clients and operations to ensure a seamless implementation when onboarding new clients
- Perform market research to continually identify new pipeline opportunities; presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
