What are the responsibilities and job description for the PL/SQL Developer position at Acies IT Solutions?
- 6 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience with large partitioned tables and query optimization.
- Ability to read, write, debug, tune and maintain large, complex queries including analytic and aggregation clauses.
- Experience with PL/SQL including Oracle Object types and Pipelined Table Functions.
- Familiarity with the Oracle privilege model and how to use PL/SQL procedures to enable specific privileged operations while restricting the privileges of the application user accounts.
- Experience with partition operations/maintenance including creating, merging, dropping and exchanging partitions.
- Experience with Unix scripting languages
- Ability to work hybrid work model of at least 3 days in the office and the remaining days remote.
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience building and supporting large batch systems.
- Familiarity with DBMS_PARALLEL_EXECUTE.
- Familiarity with partition based procedural parallelism
