Qualifications &Experience: ∙
3-5 years of experience as bond counsel, lender’s counsel, or disclosure counsel. ∙Experience working with state agencies, municipalities, and governmental entities. ∙Familiarity with tax law, securities law, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and contract law ∙applicable to public finance. Law school coursework focused on business law is preferred. ∙Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and matter management skills. ∙Ability to communicate effectively, manage deadlines, and perform under pressure. Requirements:
