The District Manager for AcceptanceNOW/Acima demonstrates the highest quality of leadership in motivating Sales Managers and Coworkers to personal and corporate success. The Distrist Manager effectively communicates the company's business expectations and drives results through impactful coaching and development to achieve maximum productivity. The District Manager supports the company culture and commitment to a diverse workforce through the attraction, training, development, and retention of quality Coworkers. The District Manager accomplishes these in a way that is consistent with the RAC mission statement and core values.

Sales:
1. Achieve planned results for sales measured by: customer growth, SMRR growth, same store sales and sequential rental revenue growth as set by the company quarterly through flawless execution of the Company Sales Lead Tool and Pre-Visit Guide
2. Provide leadership, monitoring, and training required to ensure stores comply with established procedures and practices for collections
3. Achieve planned gross profit for territory as measured by total revenue minus product cost, rental losses and service expense.
4. Develop and maintain a retailer network that consistently generates profitable lease-purchase production that meets or exceeds defined standards.
5. Continuously pursue opportunities to increase retailer production from the assigned territory.
6. Identify opportunities to improve business processes to optimize the quality of service delivered to retailers.
