Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

As the Graphic Designer for ACiQ, you’ll play a crucial role in visually representing our brand across multiple platforms. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to design impactful marketing materials, edit product images and videos, and develop content that elevates ACiQ’s visual identity. Your work will help shape ACiQ’s brand narrative, foster customer confidence, and establish our presence as a leader in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually engaging graphics, product images, and video content for ACiQ's marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Design and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly web pages that align with ACiQ’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design materials for product launches, integrated campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos to create polished and professional visual content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and ensure alignment with ACiQ’s voice and identity.
• Assist in creating product brochures, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep ACiQ’s visual content fresh and competitive.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in graphic design, web design, marketing content creation, or video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive web design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing goals into compelling visuals.
• Must be able to work in-office at our headquarters in Troy, Ohio (just north of Dayton, Ohio).
