Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of 3 or more HVAC installers in commercial projects.
- Manage time effectively on job sites to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately to facilitate installation processes.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors.
- Install Ductwork, VRF systems, and Roof Top units with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to achieve project goals.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as required by project schedules.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with ductwork, VRF systems, and Roof Top units.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.
