Responsibilities will include building deep market and customer insights, identifying new growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional partners, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), driving opportunity assessment, and refining portfolio roadmap.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Market Analysis & Portfolio Strategy : Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new product and market opportunities, defining “where to play” and shaping the portfolio strategy.
- Voice of Customer (VOC) : Conduct primary and secondary market research, including clinical trend analysis and engagement with KOLs, Advisory Boards, and regional teams, to define customer needs and product requirements.
- Opportunity Assessment & Business Case Development : Assess market opportunities through segmentation, access, margin, and strategic alignment. Develop market models and build compelling business cases for portfolio investments.
- Product Lifecycle Management - Play a key role in directing product life cycle management, End of Life, and next generation planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with R&D, clinical, regulatory, global regions, and operations to support portfolio strategy and product development initiatives.
- Evidence & Claims Management : Develop and manage a claims matrix and evidence plan to support commercial market entry and future pipeline discussions.
- Physician Engagement : Facilitate hands-on product demonstrations and presentations for physicians, supporting ongoing pipeline and product discussions.
- Product Roadmap Development Owns customer input, market data and development of the strategic direction of product road map.
