What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lease Administrator position at Ackerman & Co., LLc?

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3-years commercial real estate experience in administering leases
- Excel and MRI experience preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and work under deadlines
- Be detailed-oriented and problem solver
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and abstract leases and amendments
- Maintain the integrity of tenant information, billing information, and occupancy information in MRI
- Setup and maintain lease files
- Notify asset managers/leasing agents of expiring leases quarterly
- Preparation of annual and/or quarterly CAM, CPI, Real Estate Tax, and Insurance billings
- Maintain Percentage-rent sales report information monthly/quarterly/annually and calculate billings as needed
- Coordinate real estate tax payments with tax consultants and ensure timely payment
- Coordinate insurance renewals and allocations to projects/divisions
- Approve & track payment of personal property taxes, business license applications, and Secretary of State filing
- Maintain property insurance certificates
- Review payables for coding
- Work on special projects as needed
- Ensure proper and consistent compliance with company approved policies and procedures
