We are currently seeking an experienced Special Projects Estimator / Project Manager to join our team and manage complex, custom commercial plumbing projects.

Your Responsibilities :

Estimating : Prepare accurate, detailed estimates for special commercial plumbing projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.

Project Management : Oversee all aspects of special plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Coordination : Work closely with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution and successful delivery.

Budget Management : Track and manage project budgets, adjusting forecasts and expenses as needed to ensure financial success.

Quality Control : Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with codes.

Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks, including delays, cost overruns, or technical issues.

Communication : Provide clear, consistent updates to clients, internal stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Change Orders & Proposals : Manage change orders and prepare project proposals as necessary, ensuring scope changes are properly documented and accounted for.

What We Are Looking For :

Proven experience as an Estimator and / or Project Manager in the commercial plumbing industry, especially for special or custom projects.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, installation practices, and codes.

Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors.

The ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.

Solid understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Valid plumbing license and / or project management certification preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.

Ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
