What we're looking for :
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Fort Apartments, a 224-unit community located in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Maintenance Technician at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for :
- Trouble-shooting resident service issues including, HVAC, general appliance work, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Ensuring the completion of all market-ready apartments, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, and community inspections
- Responding to maintenance work orders and following up with residents and office staff
- Working with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that both the interior and exterior of the property meet company standards
