Lead Engagement
- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads generated from our database.
- Qualify potential investors by understanding their investment goals and suitability for our platform.
- Follow up with prospects through email, phone, and other communication channels to maintain interest and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Present our investment strategy, platform, and track record in a compelling and professional manner.
- Effectively address objections and questions to build trust and confidence with potential investors.
- Close new investor commitments averaging $350,000 per investor.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
- Track and report on progress against sales goals and pipeline metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of our investment offerings, fund strategy, and historical performance.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to effectively position our platform.
- Work closely with the marketing and investor relations teams to refine outreach strategies and materials.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to optimize results.
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, real estate investment, or other high-touch sales environments.
- Ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems for managing leads and tracking performance.
- Self-starter with the drive to achieve goals and take ownership of outcomes.
- Confident, professional, highly organized, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
