Location: Cleveland, OH – 44114 – 100% Remote
Pay Rate: $18.00 on W2/ hr

See description below. Contract role but there is potential to be extended but not guaranteed. Please do not submit candidates above that rate or they will be rejected and you will lose a submittal slot. The worker will be working less than 35 hours/wk. They are looking to have someone Monday-Friday [9:00am-5:00pm EST] with a mandatory 1-hour lunch break. No overtime. There will also be one interview, typically a 30-45min face to face interview.
*Candidates must be located in the greater Cleveland area.

Job Description
Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong customer service focus 2 years in a customer service setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word and Access)
Strong attention to detail Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
Ability to successfully work in a team environment.
Experience and proficiency in data entry of client letters and documentation management.
Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate over the telephone with clients regarding verification questions.
Time management from virtual location is a requirement to continue as a virtual resource; however, the option to work in-office is available and may be requested upon needs of productive output.
Performance is measured by exceptional client feedback and satisfaction.
Salary : $18
