Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Environmental Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, collecting water samples, and conducting microbiological assays.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cleanroom Monitoring: Perform surface, viable air, non-viable air, and personnel monitoring in clean rooms grade A, B, C, and D, or ISO 5, ISO 7, ISO 8.
- Water Sampling: Collect water samples according to the scheduled routine and ensure timely testing.
- Microbiological Assays: Conduct Gram Stain, Endotoxin, Sterility, Microbial Identification, Growth Promotion, Bioburden, and Plate Reading assays as required.
- Data Entry and Trending: Accurately enter and analyze data for trend analysis.
- Investigations and Deviations: Assist in investigations regarding out-of-specification results and manage deviations related to micro procedures.
- Maintenance and Housekeeping: Perform routine maintenance of lab equipment and maintain a clean and organized lab space.
- Quality Control: Review and approve final product release test results.
- Waste Management and LEAN/5S: Coordinate waste management efforts and participate in LEAN and 5S initiatives as required.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by management, which may include delegating tasks to designated deputies.
Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday from 8:00AM-4:30PM with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
This is a fully onsite role requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
