- Identifies, analyzes and documents requirements for network transport technologies and services. Researches, creates, deploys and documents network designs. Performs network maintenance and restoration. Provides cost estimates for both labor and non-labor budget planning. Coordinates high level implementation planning for strategic multi-technology insertion projects.
