Job Title : Sr. SAP Payroll Functional Consultant
Contract Duration : 6 Months - Contract to Hire
Location : Atlanta, GA
Work Arrangement : 100% Remote (until conversion to FTE after six months)
Must have skills :
SAP HR Payroll Functional Expertise
Experience Manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects
Payroll processing and SAP HR Payroll Configuration Expertise & Schema Troubleshooting , Wage Type Setup & Deduction Configuration, Tax Model Management & Updates, Pay Slip Modifications , Payroll Integration & Posting Configurations
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop functional requirements, conduct testing, deliver training, and support SAP application implementations.
Perform business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost / benefit analyses to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives.
Facilitate the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP modules to improve business functionality and performance, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Design, configure, and test various SAP modules and functionalities.
Manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to organizational standards.
Lead the successful implementation of SAP solutions by providing functional expertise, guidance, and training to clients.
