The Digital Support and Services (DSS) organization within Boeing uses Salesforce extensively for improving customer support, including customer self-service.
In this role you will be part of a high performing agile team creating and executing manual and automated testing for Customer Success Portal, a web application used by aviation customers.
Duties include working with business and development team to understand software requirements and translate them to test cases in the test automation framework.
Other duties include automated test script maintenance, manual test execution and reporting.
This position involves high level of collaboration with remote teams and stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities :
Participate in feature maturation by identifying and vetting test cases
Create, execute and maintain test cases
Maintain / extend the automation framework
Lead manual testing, as required
Document defects, support triage and test defect fixes
Support the planning of test cycles
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
3-5 years of automation experience with Selenium.
5-8 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing in agile methodology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills ability to summarize or dive deep as required.
Ability to work well with minimum supervision and strict deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
Experience using Jenkins, GIT and XCODE
Framework development from the ground up
Test Driven Development
Automation framework using keyword framework and POM
ALM experience
Salesforce or other CRM experience.
Aviation software knowledge is a plus.
Agile / SAFe certified
