Key Responsibilities
- Lead tour activities for up to 52 attendees and theater presentations for up to 200 attendees.
- Facilitate ticket purchases, guest greeting, and briefing, as well as theater tech and operational assignments.
- Assist visitors with building wayfinding and services at both Future of Flight and Everett Factory sites.
- Learns gallery and exhibit content and engages with visitors to share information accurately.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years' related work experience in a customer-facing role requiring strong service and communication skills.
- Experience presenting, training, teaching, or acting in a client-facing environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to flexible schedules.
