Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled physician to assess, plan, and provide medical care, evaluate patient outcomes, and promote the continuum of care in accordance with accepted medical standards. This role encompasses a broad range of family medicine, including pediatrics and adult care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough history and physical examinations, adhering to professional standards and organizational policies.
- Assess patients’ medical needs, set care goals, and prescribe appropriate clinical interventions that address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and rehabilitative needs.
- Document patient observations, diagnoses, treatment objectives, and responses to care, using an outcome-focused approach.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures, ensuring appropriate treatment based on results.
- Provide direct patient care and perform office procedures in line with best practices.
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented work environment and uphold a positive image of CEC within the community.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of an approved residency program.
- Licensed to practice as a physician in New York State.
- Recent experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
