Acloche is currently seeking a Business Development Specialist to continue the growth and success of our Northern Central Ohio markets.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Extensive B2B sales and relationship-building experience
- Previous account management experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated negotiation experience
The Business Development Specialist's primary objective is to market staffing and HR services to businesses in Northern Central Ohio. This position is also responsible for analyzing individual territory and competitors to assess possible sales leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Identify and qualify prospective clients and the key stakeholders in the buying decisionMeet with prospects and clients to evaluate their workforce needs and recommend staffing solutionsArticulate and sell the features, benefits, and value proposition of all product lines to clients and prospectsAchieve key financial indicators by meeting or exceeding set criteria, including, but not limited to quotas, targets, revenue goals, etc.Create sales presentations, which may include written proposals, graphic representations, and / or PowerPoint slides, for review by Regional DirectorConduct presentations to prospects, clients, community groups, etc.Assess the safety environment and accident history of prospective clientsMaintain a positive presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.COLLABORATION WITH FIELD OPERATIONS
Manage successful transitions and on-boarding of new clients to OperationsParticipate in all account development activities at the request of OperationsGather and provide market intelligence and information about prospects, competitors, and market trends in assigned geographic territoryLead negotiations with all new and existing major accounts in coordination with OperationsCommunicate detailed recruiting needs to operations, marketing, and other stakeholdersObtain clear and concise job descriptions and expectations to ensure proper associates are referred and / or assignedQualify job orders and clearly communicate client expectations related to associate skills, experience, and the timing and manner of presenting qualified candidatesInform Operations about contract terms & conditions, SLAs, and client expectationsADMINISTRATIVE
Lead the development and preparation of responses to RFPs, RFQ’s, and RFI’s for review by Regional DirectorObtain all information required to complete credit application, staffing agreements, and contracts.Manage and maintain sales funnel that includes a pipeline of prospects in various stages of opportunity levelsMaintain accurate and thorough client and associate communications in CRM systemComplete other duties as assignedPREFERRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE :
At least four (4) years of related sales experience.Demonstrated B2B sales successStaffing industry or service sales experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applications; intermediate skill level in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPointAdministrative skills including report preparation and record-keepingMust have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record (daily travel throughout Northern Central Ohio will be required)Compensation includes base salary plus commissions and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life / disability, EAP, IRA, 529, volunteer time off, paid holidays, and generous PTO plan.
