What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial maintenance position at Acloché?
Position : Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician
- Shift : 3rd Shift, Monday Thursday, 8 : 30 PM 7 : 30 AM, with possible overtime on Fridays starting at 5 PM.
- Training : 3-4 weeks on the 1st shift.
- Pay Rate : $29-$32 per hour (based on experience).
Requirements :
- Several years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to pass multiple assessments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and maintain production machines and lines.
- Complete preventive maintenance (PM).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Record materials and work orders.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Five years of experience or three years of technical schooling.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Experience with PLC programs (Siemens S5, S7, ABB, Bosch preferred).
- Understanding of control wiring and diagrams.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Desire for hands-on engineering work.
