Maintenance Tech - West Jefferson, Ohio Area

Acloche is hiring in the West Jefferson area! We have a great job opportunity for maintenance technicians. You need to read, write, understand equipment manuals, and have your own tools.

  • Shift : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM.
  • Pay Rate : $25 per hour.

Job Qualifications / Description :

  • General Manufacturing Maintenance :

    • Troubleshoot motor controls.

  • Understand transformers.
  • Perform mechanical maintenance.
  • Experience with CNC electrical controls is helpful.

    • General Facility Maintenance :

  • Handle plumbing tasks.
  • Perform carpentry and painting.
  • Maintain fire systems (PIVs and extinguishers).
  • Keep air compressors in working order.
  • Maintain all buildings, grounds, and equipment (including working at heights).
  • Operate forklifts and rigging for moving machines.
  • Know about 3 phase electric motors and machine controls.
  • Lift medium to heavy weights.

    • Fabrication :

  • Repair and troubleshoot machines and mechanical systems.
  • Read drawings and plans to decide on work steps.
  • Operate equipment in the tool and machine room.
  • Weld steel using ARC and stick equipment, including oxy / acetylene and plasma cutters.

    • Hydraulics and Pneumatics :

  • Repair hydraulic and pneumatic parts.
  • Install new hydraulic and pneumatic parts.
  • Rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic valves and pumps.
