What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plastic Manufacturing Technician - London, OH Area position at Acloché?

Seeking a Plastic Manufacturing Technician to ensure our products meet quality standards. Your main tasks will include packaging, labeling, and inspecting products. You will work with Line Operators to start and stop the line and change tools.

This job requires flexibility with over 40 hours each week, including weekends.

2nd Shift
3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM.
3rd Shift
11 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM.

Key Responsibilities :

Promote safety in the workplace.

Conduct visual inspections and label finished products.

Monitor production quantities for efficiency.

Follow procedures to package pipes.

Assist with tool changes, line startups, and equipment setup.

Stay updated on pipe specifications.

Participate in maintaining cleanliness and continuous improvement.

Desired Skills :

Energetic team player in a fast paced environment.

Reliable and strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn new skills.

Basic math skills.

Previous industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to perform physical work in varying temperatures for long periods.

Mobility, including bending and reaching, and ability to get on and off equipment.

Ability to stay active throughout an 8 -12 hour shift.
