What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Compounder/Batch Mixer - Groveport, OH. position at Acloché?
Seeking qualified candidates for the role of Manufacturing Operator. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient production of FDA / USDA-regulated products, specifically within chemical and food manufacturing.
Shift : 6 PM 6 AM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Alternate Shift : 6 PM 6 AM (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
Pay Rate : $20 $23 per hour
Shift Differentials : $1.00 for PM Shift
Key Responsibilities :
Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Assist in the handling and processing of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for production processes.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications :
Expertise in manufacturing, particularly within chemical or food industries.
Experience operating forklifts or drum haulers.
Basic math skills and legible handwriting are essential.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
This is a physical role; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including drums, bags, and boxes of raw materials.
