Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at healthcare organizations.
Identify new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and engaging potential customers.
Develop and execute account specific strategies and business plans to achieve sales targets. Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Consult with families and seniors to determine most appropriate living options.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities and pipeline status using CRM software.
Qualifications :
Two years’ experience in outside sales. Hospital and hospice sales experience most desired.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
Detail oriented and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional relationship building abilities and a customer focused mindset
