Position Overview:
- Schedule: 8:00a-4:00p Monday-Friday
- Pay: $12-15
The Office Assistant is responsible for the crucial first impression customers and visitors have of the company and for providing a range of basic office support activities such as answering phones and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors, processing mail, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, supporting other staff, and performing routine clerical, data entry, and/or word processing work as assigned.

- Good judgment; ability to listen, collect information and process appropriately.
- Proficient in basic office skills, including processing mail, scheduling and meeting planning, and supply management.
- Adept at managing multi-line phone system, documenting telephone calls, and responding with tact and professionalism.
- Exceptional typing, word processing, and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to cooperate, collaborate and communicate with others
- Maintain professionalism and a consistent and positive customer service image.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.

- Experience: Previous office experience.
