Caledonia company is currently looking for a friendly and energetic Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative. This is a position with purpose and passion - we are looking for someone who thrives in a field that allows them to think outside of the box. Responsibilities :
Answer incoming customer phone calls, email, fax, and web chats in a timely, professional manner
Process orders by phone, fax, and email
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery date
Troubleshoot customer questions and / or issues
Communicate with vendors regarding product updates relevant to customer orders
Other customer service projects
Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED required
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers, vendors, and other departments within the company
- Must have Warehouse Customer Service - prior experience
Attendance is critical!
Office hours :
7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm in season
8 : 00 - 4 : 00 pm off season
Company trys to hold weekly hours to 40 hours
