Lewis Center company in need of a Customer Service Representative Hours - M-F - 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm Temporary position 2-3 months $18 - $20 per hour. Responsibilities : Efficiently resolve service tickets and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions. Troubleshoot customer and vendor issues in coordination with warehouse staff. Enter purchase orders and replacement orders into our system. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Communicate with warehouse team regarding returned packages. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
- Previous experience in Office administration preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning, travel, and coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience entering customer sales orders using SAP REQUIRED.
