What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Property Management Administrator position at ACM LLC?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage administrative support activities for the properties. Some duties are as follows and are subject to change:
- Serve as the primary contact for Resident telephone callers and visitors to the Corporate Office
- Ensure that all complaints and requests are directed to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Routinely perform site audits to ensure lease data matches software data.
- Manage Security Deposit audits.
- Review approval queue to ensure they are cleared up daily.
- Conduct monthly vendor audits /obtain vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for.
- Audit resident charges.
- Review monthly CAD numbers.
- Complete mid-month and close out audits.
- Verify delinquency activity for all properties. Work with onsite teams to maintain delinquency expectations.
- Prepare correspondence and maintain files, which consist of memos, letters ,faxes, emails, charts, graphs, forms.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support community operations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Required
- Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Multifamily property management industry.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work with and understand the problems and attitudes of residents and staff.
- Knowledge of financial matters including, but not limited to, budget preparation and analysis.
- Ability to solve residents, personnel and financial problems.
Preferred
- Community or Assistant Management Experience.
- Accounting and Administrative background.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
