We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in collaboration with teachers and support staff to help foster positive behavior and learning outcomes for our students. This role focuses on developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans while collaborating with educators to ensure effective strategies are used within the classroom environment. This is a 1099 contract one year long position

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify individual student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student progress
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior management techniques
- Collect, analyze, and report data on student behavior and intervention effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations regarding behavior interventions
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school setting or with children/adolescents
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools
