- Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication and impairment
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress
- Manageable case loads
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or certification
- Experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in specialized technology related to speech-language pathology
